The second of this series is due for release late 2016. The first of these EPs, “Legend”, was released on April 29th with a companion comic book. Each EP will feature a comic that tells another chapter of The Keeper’s eternal battle. In 2016, Magic Sword partnered with Steve Angello’s Size Records for the project’s follow up to Volume One – a series of episodic EPs. Following a series of street-level guerrilla concerts in Portland as well as four tracks getting placed in GoPro’s “Streets of Japan” documentary, Magic Sword entered 2015 to a flurry of international interest surrounding the act’s involvement with the hotly anticipated video game Hotline Miami 2 and the re-release of Volume One via Tender Loving Empire. Along with the album, the trio released a comic book with the same name. That same year, they released their debut full-length album titled Magic Sword Vol. They are known for wearing cloaks and masks during their performances, so as not to reveal their faces or bodies.
